Transforming the walk from a mundane to a memorable experience by connecting the walker with the walk's landscapes.
Our architecture is designed to be part of urban and rural walkways and identifies, through its viewing technologies and its striking visual presence, landscape features to be found, but not normally seen by walkers along pedestrian routes.

TO WALK's vision to change the way we engage with our surroundings through their bespoke training programmes that culminated in the curation of artwork has had long lasting effects on those talking part. The recent 'Drawing Your Walk' exhibition has made us all slow down and appreciate the natural environment more deeply through sketching.
I've had students and colleagues from across the University tell me they have returned to the exhibition to learn about the rationale behind the sketches. I haven't sketched for many years, and I thank 'the TO WALK project' for reigniting my passion for sketching”.
